Welcome to a new age of online Dispensing. We hope soon to be able to offer you electronic transmission of prescriptions. Direct from your GP to our Pharmacy, then sent to you without the need for paper prescriptions. In the meantime if you have a prescription from a practitioner registered in the UK and would like us to dispense  for you, please follow the instructions below.

Dispense4me can dispense your prescriptions and deliver them *free of delivery charges to your home or workplace, within a few days of receipt.

1)NHS 

 These prescriptions look like the one the right with the NHS  logo appearing on the bottom left hand side of the form.

a) If you pay the NHS prescription Tax (currently £7.10 per item England) you should fill out the back of the form and place the amount you are paying in the box provided. You can pay by Credit Card, or by Cheque (made payable to  Dispense4me Ltd.) or by Postal Order. If you are exempt from payment please send a photocopy of proof of your entitlement .

b) If this is your first time using this service, we require you to fill in a patient information form.  This will help our pharmacists in dispensing your prescription. All information entered is confidential and not passed on to any one else (see our terms and conditions). Please also fill in the form if you have used our service before but your details have changed since last time.

c) Send your prescription  to us with the Prescription Registration Form.

2)Private Prescription 

This is usually written on the doctors own headed notepaper and has to be paid for. 

Sorry we are not allowed to publish prices for prescription only medicines to people without prescriptions since this constitutes advertising  which is banned under UK law. We can give you  a no obligation quote by email Click here  or please phone us on 01509 506564.

 All deliveries are FREE* and sent in discreet packaging directly to your home or workplace. Payment can be made by all major credit/debit cards or cheque.
